We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Construction Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation and construction of various landscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features.
* Prepare and grade sites for construction, ensuring proper drainage and soil conditions.
* Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
* Install irrigation systems and manage water distribution to ensure optimal plant health.
* Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, following design plans.
* Assist in the installation of outdoor lighting systems.
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in landscape construction or related field.
* Proficiency in various landscape construction techniques, including hardscaping, grading, and irrigation installation.
* Knowledge of different types of construction materials, such as pavers, stones, and wood.
* Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment, such as excavators, skid-steer loaders, and compactors.
* Familiarity with landscape design plans and the ability to interpret and implement them.
* Basic knowledge of plant varieties and their specific planting requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
* Valid driver's license that is insurable by our insurance provider.
* Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to landscape construction.
