CDL drivers for wildland fire season (Grants Pass)

Our wildland fire equipment team is searching for independent contractors with their CDL for our 2024 season.
We have both federal and state wildland fire contracts and pride ourselves on work ethic and professionalism.
***If you are not afraid to work and put in the hours in a short period of time to make significant money, this is the job for you! Who we are looking for: * Well trained CDL (lowboy a huge plus) drivers that feel confident transporting oversized equipment.
* Feels confident driving on pavement and in the woods with large heavy loads.
* Responsible, ethical and professional at all times.
* Hardworkers! This job is both mentally and physically tough.
* Puts their team first.
* Able to leave within 3-12 hrs notice of work opportunity.
* Be gone for two weeks or more at a time.
Pay: *Daily wage is determined by experience level.
* Shifts can be anywhere from 12-16hrs.
An 11 panel drug test is required for employment.
