Estimator/Project Manager

*Job Overview:* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality landscape projects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent mathematical skills for estimating, and exhibit leadership qualities in managing a crew to ensure projects are completed on time and in adherence to specifications.
*Key Responsibilities:* * *Project Management:* * Supervise and lead a construction crew to ensure efficient and timely completion of landscape projects.
* Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed according to specifications.
* *Estimation and Costing:* * Provide accurate and detailed estimates for landscape construction projects.
* Demonstrate proficiency in mathematical calculations to support and justify estimates.
* *Bilingual Communication:* * Facilitate clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
* Ensure that project instructions and details are effectively communicated and understood.
* *Leadership and Team Management:* * Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse construction team.
* Ensure that team members follow directions and work cohesively to achieve project goals.
* *Adaptability and Learning:* * Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt, especially regarding the use of technology for project management.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
*Qualifications:* * Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in landscape construction.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Demonstrated ability to provide accurate estimates through mathematical calculations.
* Previous experience managing construction crews is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
