Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Lead a team of installers and electricians and provide guidance and support
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform high voltage and AC/DC electrical work
- Install/ understand critical loads and troubleshoot fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete electrical projects
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a solar electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate instructions
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
