*Required Education and Experience:*
* Graduation from high school or GED; and
* Three (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of traffic signals and traffic controllers.
* Associate degree in electronic technology may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
* Requires possession of licenses and/or certifications associated with the assignment, such as:Class A Oregon Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within one (1) year of hire date.
Maintaining a CDL is a condition of employment.
Oregon Journeyman Electrician’s License within 180 days of hire date.
Maintaining this license is a condition of employment.
* Requires possession of a valid driver’s license by date of hire.
New employees establishing resident status in the State of Oregon must obtain an Oregon driver’s license within 30 days (ORS 807.
020 (1)).
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Inspectors: possession of licenses and/or certifications associated with the assignment, such as:Oregon Inspectors Certification (OIC)
Oregon Electrical Inspectors License (EI)
ODOT Traffic Signal Inspectors Certification
*Available Schedule:*
* Monday - Thursday, 4/10
