Electrical Contracting company is looking for a friendly, outgoing Full Charge Accounting Manager.
Full Time.
Duties will include providing all facets of Bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, Certified Payroll, Union Payroll for 20+ Employees (HR Background Helpful), Payroll Taxes, SAIF Reports, Bank Reconciliation, Quarterlies, Financial Reports etc.
) You will support an Owner, Office Manager, Estimator and Employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization.
Construction Industry experience is a plus!
Duties & Qualifications include:
* All accounting tasks up to financial statements
* Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop(Pro), MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
* Answering E-mails plus Customer Service
* Written/Verbal communication and phone skills a must
* Excellent problem solving, organizational skills, detail oriented
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work and have excellent time management skills
* Maintain filing system
* 5-7 Years Bookkeeping experience
* Full Time Position
