Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office Lithia & Driveway | Construction Project Manager The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Location: Remote - USA Comp: $80-110k Responsibilities Phase 1: Scope and Design · Collaborate with leadership, design compliance team, and manufacture partners to understand scope of project and budget.
· Work with architects and engineers to develop detailed project designs, plans, and specifications.
· Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
· Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
· Oversee the selection of subcontractors and vendors for design and engineering services.
Phase 2: Drawings, Permitting, Bids · Collaborate with leadership, design team, third-party architect, and general contractor to maintain scope and stay within budget.
· Manage the permitting process, ensuring all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals are obtained.
· Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
· Coordinate the bidding process, including soliciting and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
· Negotiate contracts, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
· Establish project timelines and milestones and communicate them to all team members.
Phase 3: Construction and Closeout · Oversees and coordinate purchasing, delivery and installation of all owners supplied furniture, fixtures and equipment · Supervise and manage all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule.
· Monitor and control project costs, adjusting as necessary to stay within budget.
· Implement project change orders as required and manage associated documentation.
· Lead regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
· Oversee the commissioning, testing, and inspection of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
· Manage the final closeout process, including punch-list completion, final inspections, and project turnover to the operations team.
· Prepare and deliver project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
· Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Procore (project management software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
