Job Summary: A Marketing Coordinator l is responsible for driving traffic to the website through digital methods, including content generation, social media, search engine optimization, blog post, and email campaigns.
Essential duties and responsibilities Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First.
” Effectively help manage a variety of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display, and others Collect and analyze behavior data (e.
g.
, web traffic and rankings) Coordinate with external design and content resources to generate digital advertising material.
Oversee testing of new landing pages and new sign-up flows Write compelling copy for various mediums (newsletters, website, Emails etc.
) Work with team on B2B marketing Conduct research to identify audience needs and preferences and to define a marketing strategy to build brand awareness and foster engagement.
Develop and implement marketing programs and campaigns.
Develop content for distribution via a wide variety of channels.
Work closely with the creative team to produce scripts, digital and print materials, websites, and social media pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on the effectiveness of communications and develop reports based on outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for building and sustaining online communities using social media technologies.
Routinely create and post promotional content, curated content, and original content on a variety of contamination monitoring topics Work collaboratively with other project team members Perform other duties as assigned.
Proactively identify new communications and brand-building opportunities applicable across the state Good communication skills Get along with others.
Able to lift to 40 pounds and 41+ pounds as a two-person lift.
Required Skills/Abilities Excellent organization, project coordination, and initiative Exceptional proofreading skills Superior project and time management skills Strong presentation and communication skills, including the use of visual or digital aids.
Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver marketing communications content.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
Supervisor Responsibilities • No supervisor responsibilities.
Education and Experience 1-3 years of Marketing Communications experience preferred.
Bachelor or Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
Adobe Suite Experience preferred.
B2B background preferred but not required.
