00/hr DOE Summary: The Document Control and Training Coordinator will provide support at our Williams and Central Point Facilities to the Document Control and Training Team.
As a Document Control & Training Coordinator, the main focus of this position is to support the management of data entry, training materials, scheduling, and the maintenance of Quality Management System documentation.
This person must be detail-oriented and able to perform accurate work in a timely manner.
They must be able to maintain confidentiality as they encounter proprietary and sensitive documents and information.
This person will understand document control concepts.
Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, multi-task, troubleshoot, and meet various deadlines as requested.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Creates templates for future use, and formats all logs, forms, and documents into appropriate templates.
Codes documents into HERO using HTML.
Maintains document control database.
This includes revision expiration dates, available document numbers, active and archived documents.
Issues new documents as requested.
Maintains training system database, including entering records, tracking, and reporting.
Assists with verification that all documentation complies with current safety and GMP requirements.
Assists with scheduling training sessions and preparing corresponding materials.
Support with developing process-improvement methods to coordinate and manage data.
Provides clerical support, including copying, scanning, retrieving, and/or filing electronic and hard copy records.
Assists with scheduling routine mock recalls and evaluating related documentation.
Maintains all required documentation on these exercises.
Contribute support related to vendor and contract manufacturing documentation.
Provides review support for technical documentation, including but not limited to laboratory methods, calibration records, and commissioning activities.
Facilitate conducting needs assessments to identify management and end-user requirements.
Provides recommendations for resolutions as needed.
Notifies Quality Management Team of issues or concerns related to the Quality Management System.
Qualifications & Requirements: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, seminars, and demonstrations deemed beneficial to the department and the company.
Maintains a working knowledge of relevant government and industry quality assurance standards and codes.
Assists with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement by participating in all team and departmental meetings as requested.
Always maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules and demonstrating a good safety attitude.
Education & Experience: Associates degree in a related field; and/or five years of related experience in a quality and/or laboratory setting.
2+ years of related experience and/or training required Experience with continuous process improvement techniques.
Technical Requirements Proficient in Office 365.
Excellent math and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
Licenses and Associated Requirements: Current valid Driver’s License.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
Strong attention to detail, with solid knowledge of grammar and punctuation, ability to proofread accurately and consistently.
The ability to speak and/or read Spanish is a plus.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to solve practical problems.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to quickly organize and communicate thoughts, and to understand communications from others.
Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, listen and respond appropriately.
