50/hr, *depending on experience.
*MUST be able to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days on, then 7 days off.

*Essential Functions (not limited to):*
· Responsible for proper operation of the sheet machine that rolls slurry into green sheets
· Must have strong observation skills and multi-tasking, with mechanical knowledge
· Strong communications skills, performing quality checks, and be willing to clean and maintain work area and equipment
· Uses MMI system to operate machines and verify product specifications
*Must be able to:*
\* Work 12 hour shifts, with the potential of 7-8 days in a row when product order volume is high.
\* Work overtime as requested
\* Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety policies
\* Works under pressure safely, to do your part in helping the team can meet production goals
*Requirements:*
\* Must be 18 years of age
\* Must be legal to work in the US and provide legal documentation verifying such
\* Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
\* Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
\* Must be able to work consecutive 12-hour shifts, standing
\* Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, as we are a No-Tolerance, Drug-free Workplace which includes recreational and/or medical marijuana.
