We are looking to add a general foreman / superintendent to our concrete construction division.
Pay is based solely on experience.
We are a local family owned and operated construction business for 20 years with a highly sought after clientele and rapport.
We offer a fast paced, year-round high performance work environment, including but not limited to residential and commercial structural concrete, as well as prevailing wage jobs.
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to read construction plans and understand specifications
- Experience running multiple jobs, scheduling, and estimating
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must speak, read, and understand English; bi-lingual preferred
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to recognize issues
- Working knowledge of various forming systems and material management and ordering
- Experience with structural concrete and site development
- Ability to set lines and grades
After 60-day probationary period benefit package includes:
- 40 hours PTO/sick time for the first five years of employment, 5-10 years is 60 hours and 10+ years is 80 hours per calendar year
