Medford Children's Therapy is currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational therapist to join our team as a full-time employee.

Salary Range: $54,166.
67- $94,444.
44/annually, based on experience and client hours Full-time benefits: Full-Time permanent employees are eligible for: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage.

Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
CPR certification.
Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities: Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
