Job Title: Scheduler/Office Assistant - Aspire Caregiving Job Description: Aspire Caregiving, a leading in-home caregiving agency, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Scheduler/Office Assistant to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating caregiver schedules and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our caregiving services.
The successful candidate will excel at multitasking, possess excellent time management skills, and have a strong ability to work well with caregivers and clients.
This position requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure optimal client coverage and satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to schedule appointments, shifts, and visits.
* Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability, client preferences, and scheduling changes.
* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers, including conducting interviews and verifying credentials.
* Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly, providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues as needed.
* Collaborate with the administrative team to maintain client files, update client records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
* Support the management team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles.
* Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with caregivers and clients.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email.
* Exceptional time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Compassionate and understanding nature, with a genuine desire to assist others.
