Job Responsibilities:
Assist service writers with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and coordinating service orders.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Pick up and deliver vehicles for service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
Run parts and supplies to technicians as requested, maintaining inventory levels and organization in the service department.
Assist with due bills and other billing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
