Position Overview:
As a Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and assisting with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
Schedule service appointments and manage the service advisor's calendar
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and cashier duties
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every visitor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
