Golf Course Attendant
Position Summary:
Responsible for welcoming property owners/guests and providing excellent customer service.
General Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation, as well as dining options.
Explain all golf products, services and other information about the resort.
Possess a good understanding of golf rules and regulations and proper course etiquette.
Answer any questions and assist guests with their requests.
Resolve guest issues focusing on guest satisfaction.
Use supervisor assistance if needed.
Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals clean, presentable and available for use.
Keep driving range clean and water containers filled.
Keep the course water containers filled with ice water.
Maintain trash and restroom receptacles.
Maintain ground area around the pro shop and driving range.
Maintain good personal hygiene and clean work environment.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the Running Y Properties Employee Handbook.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications:
Previous guest service and golf experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
