This position is as a customer service representative.
Duties include organizing bills to pay, answering phones, database entry, calendar management, mail, photocopying, and other basic administrative duties.
There is in person and phone interaction with the disabled community and professionals in the community.
Required Skills: A basic understanding of the disabled community and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Good organizational skills, time management, typing, and grammar are required.
Answering phones, client interaction, file organization, and appointment scheduling are daily events.
Professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
The ability to be flexible, self-directed, and self-responsible is required.
We are willing to train a person with a fitting personality.
This is a nice job for a parent with children in school.
