*JOB SUMMARY:* Responsible for overall operation of OnTrack’s peer and counselor education program.
Provide oversight and leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet the highest standards for ethics, compliance, and quality of service.

*STATUS:* This position is exempt, full time
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*:
* Demonstrate a high level of competence and communication skills while working with community partner apprenticeship sites, scholarship recipients, and trainers.
* Schedule, organize and help facilitate clinical supervision to CADC-Rs.
* Work with clinical program managers across the agency to ensure that both the apprentices’ and apprenticeship site’s needs are met.
* Work with other agency departments including Human Resources and Administration.
* Fulfil all internal and external reporting requirements and other administrative tasks.
* Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
* Establish collaborative relationships with community partners including other agency leaders.
* Provide excellent customer service to On-PACE participants, apprenticeship sites, trainers, scholarship recipients, and other program participants.
* Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, CARF, agency policies and procedures, and professional best practice standards of care.

* Experience in behavioral health services with increasing responsibilities
* Supervisory experience

*Education/Licensure/Certification requirement*:
* CADC II required; CADC III and/or additional credentials preferred
*Work environment: *This job is primarily sedentary work and located in a standard office environment.
Visual acuity is required for reviewing calendars, spreadsheets, and viewing of computer monitor.
Frequent local/area travel to job and group sites is necessary.
