Weekend Concierge (Rogue River)

Weekend Concierge Frontier Senior Living is currently seeking an outstanding Weekend Concierge to join Morrow Heights located in Rogue River, Oregon.
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 8:30am-5:00pm The Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the community.
Ability to provide compassionate customer service is required of the Concierge.
Requires an understanding and commitment to the principals and values of the community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients.
Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate.
Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director.
Customer service contact for questions and concerns.
Ensure clean and presentable office and lobby space at all times.
Assist with all special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Give tours to interested ones.
Set up and take down refreashment bar.
Other Requirements: Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Availability to fill in for weekday Concierge which includes making appointments and transportation arrangements for residents.
Professional appearance and background are required.
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Ability to work as a positive team member.
Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
Self sufficent.
