Why consider working with me- I've rented many homes/lands and there invested my time work money resources skills creativity and care, cleaning clearing organizing improving repairing remodeling landscaping I've always went above & beyond the agreement out of care for the land, environment and desire to create and maintain a simple healthy safe clean comfortable home, yard, garden I've cleaned trash and repaired damages left from previous tenants and growers, but at the end of the day there is no security in the investments made as it's not my home or land I've poured myself into I spent many years of my life working as an In Home Caregiver helping others who were elderly and/or disabled, the days can be long and work rough both emotional and physical, I put in the extra efforts to deliver genuine thorough compassionate quality care, unfortunately that income was enough to get by, not save.
Hoping and Praying to find a land/home opportunity such as a flexible lease to own, or temp rent agreement that can develope into a purchase/owner carry option This would allow me the opportunity to finally bring this dream and vision to life to create a stable sustainable long term family land/homestead while making healthy inspiring healing contributions available to others I am a caring compassionate creative sensitive health and environmentally conscious hardworking respectful responsible handy person who is ready to hit the ground running for the right place ideally somewhere private, rural/semi rural, with power & water, and an existing living structure/dwelling/home (mobile home, single wide, house, cabin, cottage, trailer, tiny house etc) or ability to bring on a living structure/shelter, will consider anywhere in Oregon Or, or possibly Washington Wa, ideally not farther than an hour from a town for supplies/resources, not very interested in the Eastern areas that are very dry The land would be very well taken care of, living and working with care and consideration for the environment and generations to come, in balance and harmony with nature, in a circular manner that protects, enriches and nourishes the land, soil, water rather than harms or depletes.
I will practice sustainable living and there will be no chemicals or poisons used on the land or in the home If you don't have anything nice to say please spare your time & don't say anything at all as I will not reply to you (apparently there are people out there with nothing better to do) *sigh
