family looking for horse property (Central Point)

Me and my family which is generations need a place to call home.
We need atleast 30 acres for our horses and cows the more acres the better.
Would like a house or well and septic atleast, but very open as we lost our homes in the fires and is now time to own again.
Would like owner carry as we have a good down, and great credit.
What do you have? Anything around jackson County, No California places.
