My elderly grandparents, myself and my toddler are looking for a safe place to live.
We have my son’s horse ( my retired ranch horse that only does lead line rides now) and a small herd of dairy goats (7 does, two bucks and a handful of babies) as well as our 3 livestock guardian dogs who keep them safe from predators and live in the pen full time with the herd.
I have a service dog and an ESA, my grandmother has an ESA as well.
We are looking for in Oregon, possibly lower Washington and central Idaho.
We have a 35’ bumper pull rv trailer are staying in.
Looking for 500$-1000$/month rent or rent to own, minimum of 1 acre, preferably more, water, electricity and sewage, no HOA, prefer a 2-3 bedroom house, but as long as full hook ups, we can stay in our trailer.
If in a house, after 60-90 days, could pay up to 1500$/month.
We don’t smokbor grow cannabis or hemp, we don’t drink except occasional celebrations, we would love to be able to have a garden again.
We would love to be able to have cell coverage but it’s fine if not if we can set up Wi-Fi.
If no out buildings already established, we would need to set up a hay storage shed and 1-2 shelters for animals.
We have a portable water tank turned baby goat house with a small fence set up for the baby goats to be safe and warm.
Currently do not live in an area we can receive calls so text and email preferred.
