I have rented many homes/lands and there
I Invested my time money resources skills creativity and caring self into cleaning clearing organizing improving repairing and landscaping
I have always done more than what is the agreed arrangement/requirement/rent expectation because I care very much for this earth/land & also prioritize and care to make a simple healthy safe clean comfortable home, yard, garden, land for my little family.
I have cleaned trash left from previous tenants and growers and repaired the damages left, but at the end of the day there is no security in the investments made as it is never truly my home or land I've poured myself into
I am rich in heart, not in pocket at this time in life, I spent many years of life as a truly caring caregiver helping others who were elderly and/or disabled, that income was enough to get by not save.
I wish to find a land/home opportunity such as a flexible lease to own, or temp rent which can lead to purchase/owner carry option, someone who is in the position to help with liveable land and a caring heart to allow me the opportunity to fufill this vision & dream to finally invest in something stable sustainable long term for my family
I am a caring creative sensitive health and environmentally conscious hardworking respectful handy person who is ready to hit the ground running for the right place ideally somewhere private, rural/semi rural, with power & water, and an existing living structure/dwelling/home or ability to bring on something to live in
You would be helping land be protected for generations to come, anything everything done on the land will be done consciously with care and consideration for the environment, in balance and harmony with the land, living & working in a circular manner that gives back not just takes, and instead protects, enriches and nourishes the land soil and water for generations to come.
I will practice sustainable living and there will be no chemicals or poisons used on the land or in the home, I am a homemaker and hand-crafter and will be working to increase home based income, this opportunity will help allow me to sustainably support my family, protect some land, and make healthy inspiring contributions to society
