Looking for home for our family (Rogue River/ Wimer)

Looking for a home for our family of 5.
Would love a rent to own or owner carry situation.
Doesn’t have to be a large house, but 3 bedrooms would be preferred.
Hoping to find a little land 1-2 acres or more is okay! We have chickens, and would like to have pigs.
We also have a dog.
We are very respectful, good rental history, have owned in the past, looking for a wonderful country home to raise our kids.
Looking to spend under $2k a month.
Husband has a steady job of 12+ years through the state.
Move in timeline flexible! Please help us find a lovely home for our family in the country.
