Hi! Our family of 3 (mom, son (14), and daughter (12)) are relocating to GP from Talent at the end of May!
I'm an acupuncturist with my own natural medicine business that's soon to be relocated in GP from Ashland and I host a teen microschool.
We're exploring rental homes on properties where we can run a small farm so that our students can learn valuable life skills through taking care of gardens and animals.
Specifically, we'd love a place around or under 2K with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, decent amount of parking space (we have a prius and a big school van), a woodburning stove, that's not too far from town (easily accessible for families and for my kids to ride bikes or bus), is cat-friendly (my daughters been dreaming of having one for years!), outdoor bunny-friendly, perhaps chicken and sheep-friendly, and open to a small school of teens helping to beautify and make the land productive for food crops.

We'll be ready to move in on June 1st, no earlier since I'm committed to the completion of our teen school's year at the end of May.
I'm planting the seeds now so we can make this transition as smooth and well-planned out as possible.
