Am looking for a clean, quiet, no drama, no drugs, non-smoking environment.
The room will be for just myself, a retired man, and am looking for rent at around $650.

I am in good health and go to the gym every week.
Am very clean, and organized, and enjoy yard work.
I do not do any drugs and do not have a criminal record.
I presently live in Grants Pass and am looking to move in April or May.

The two things that are a must for me are a non-smoking environment/property and a good internet connection.
I am also looking for a positive setting (no drama).
I read, play pickleball, do yard work, watch Netflix, Amazon, etc.
I do not watch mainstream TV.
