need house with acreage (Central Point area)

We are in need of a home and barn for 4-H animals.
We are able to handle many acres, we have tractors and haying equipment.
Would like to have room enough to park a semi dump truck.
Jackson county only, prefer near Central Point, or areas such as Gold Hill or Sams Valley or Jacksonville or Medford.
Willing to work on or fix things, from sheetrock to fencing to restoring ground and planting pasture grass or hay.
Open to leasing or lease with option to buy, or other agreeable arrangement.
