need home with acreage (Central Point area)

Small local trucking outfit looking for property with home and acreage.
In need of a barn for 4-H animals.
We are able to handle many acres, we have tractors and haying equipment.
Room enough to park 2 semi trucks.
Jackson county only, very near Central Point, or areas such as Gold Hill or Sams Valley or Jacksonville or Medford.
Willing to work on or fix things, from sheetrock to fencing to restoring ground and planting pasture grass or hay.
Open to leasing or lease with option to buy, or other agreeable arrangement.
