Looking for some land in the Rogue Valley, needs to be at a couple acres, prefer larger Obviously well, septic and electricity are all a plus but not mandatory Old house, mobile, buildings or barns also a plus I am local in the Rogue Valley and will pay cash for what I like, nothing over 120k, I prefer not to be in debt
