Hello, I'm looking for property to set up my homestead.
I've lived here in the valley for 7 years.
I've started up a Tractor/landscape and handyman company and would like to find the right people to collaborate with on a work trade agreement for a lease on some property.
I have references of people that I've worked with and still collaborate with on homestead projects.
I need about an acre and it would be best if it was off aways so we aren't living on top of one another.
I have 30 years experience in general construction, plumbing, electrical, painting and agriculture.
I'm open to helping with whatever construction or landscaping projects you may have.
I'm a very professional, passionate and driven individual and bring years of experience to the table.
I'm looking for somewhere I can park my trailer and let my 2 livestock guardian dogs run around and guard my goats and chickens.
I would need access to water and electricity and be able to grow food.
The implements I have for my tractor are a bush hog, box
scraper/ripper, blade, hay forks, seed rake and power auger.
I'm open to cash involved in paying for lease.
