I'm looking for property where I can legally live in a motorhome and where a mobile home is allowed or already there.
I'm currently living in my 31 foot motorhome on rented private property in SW Washington.
I'm mainly interested in property to buy although I'll consider a place to rent.
The property must have power, water, sewer or septic, and a phone line, although I'll consider property where one or two of those things are not already installed.
I can pay up to $25,000 down or in total, and payments (if necessary) of up to $450.
00 per month depending on the situation.
I am not interested in property that is more than 15 miles from the nearest Walmart, or where the nearest gas/grocery store is more than a few miles away, or where it's very far to a hospital and other medical services, or where the landscape is barren.
I much prefer property that is away from noise, traffic, guns/shooting, and barking/loose dogs.
I'm over 55 if it matters.
I'll consider property in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and other western states.
