Looking for land for a dog rescue

Looking for an acre or more to keep some rescued dogs.
Simple set-up, just portable fencing.
Would like to place a trailer there too to watch over the dogs.
Could be off grid.
Needs to be private.
Short or long term.
Cash and deposit.
Renting but buying may be an option
