Wanted Fire Damaged house (Medford Ashland Grants Pass etc.)

We rebuild fire damaged houses and are looking to buy another.
We would like a 3/2 with garage in Merdford, Grants Pass Ashland area.
A single family house of any kind might work.
If it is burnt to the ground it might be more damage then we are looking for .
We want something that still has good bones but maybe has smoke and or water damage from a smaller fire.
You can keep the insurance money take the sale payment for the burnt house and buy something else and move on.
Please let me know if you have a house that needs fire damage repairs.
