Leading out the backyard gate is the short path leading you on the lovely deeded Beach Access.
Walk for miles collecting sea shells and sea glass on the beautiful north Winchuck River Beach .
A pet is allowed based on breed , a pet fee and pet Agreement.
Laundry room on the premises with washer , dryer & deep sink.
Your home away from home doesn’t have a long list of rules .
We only ask that you respect and care for our home and neighbors in our quiet residential neighborhood.
No Parties , no smoking and a minimal age requirement .
No loud music and no additional overnight guests other than on the rental agreement.
Per our Curry County Short Term Rental Ordinance, street parking or travel trailers are not permitted at any time .
There is parking for only 2 cars parked NEXT to each other on the driveway.
Check in after 4pm Early check-in may be available but it is not guaranteed.
