Stairs from the private entrance lead up an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area.
Kitchen area features a full size refrigerator, induction cook top and countertop oven.
Views from the kitchen sink window look east and north with views of the mountains and skyline.
A bistro style dining bar separates the kitchen from the living area with a loveseat and sofa, flat screen TV (streaming services only, no cable), a cast-iron gas stove offering heat and ambiance, plus a wall mounted mini-split for heating and cooling.
A small desk and chair is tucked in a nook for convenient work space and high speed internet makes it easy to work or play!
Bedroom and bath are off the living area.
The bedroom has a skylight and offers a king bed (bed can be changed into two twins with prior notice).
Bathroom has plenty of vanity space and sink, a nicely sized shower stall and frosted windows for privacy.
Washer and dryer access is in the shared laundry room located across the courtyard from the entrance to Serene Zen Garden Apartment.
