Independent Sales Representative

*Independent Sales Representative – Outdoor Living* McKenzie Outdoor Living (MOL) is seeking a highly motivated independent sales representative to promote and sell high-end outdoor living products and services to homeowners, architects, and custom home builders in the Southern Oregon and Klamath Falls areas.
1099 Independent Contractor with ability to make $100K+ straight commission.
*Minimum Qualifications* · High school diploma or GED · 1+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience · Experience in Outdoor Living industry and basic understanding of construction is an asset · Highly motivated and strong self-management skills · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks · Able to solve problems, attention to detail, and find solutions · Reliable vehicle and ability to travel in the Southern Oregon area · Pass background check *Responsibilities* · Follow-up on sales leads and conduct face-to-face site visits with homeowners, landscape architects, and builders to discuss their project, take measurements, generate estimates, and promote MOL products and services · MOL will provide sales leads and schedule site visits · Utilize MOL provided CRM and quoting tools to manage calendar, sales & order process, and write estimates · Learn MOL products and services – training provided *Benefits* · Up to 15% straight commission · Work equipment, advertising materials and products samples provided · 100% no-cap commission · Factory product training McKenzie Outdoor Living helps our clients more fully experience their outdoor living space by providing high quality products and services that are both sustainable and adaptable to their environment.
