Inside Sales Representative

We are in search of compassionate, highly motivated, and ambitious Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team! This role will place a high priority on outstanding customer service and support.
As such, being able to communicate effectively and professionally, while speaking kindly and personably are particularly desirable traits.
This position offers a Competitive Commission-Based Pay Structure.
*Duties & Responsibilities:* * Directly communicate with customers to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
* Ask pertinent questions and pay attention to the answers in order to discover what your customer’s needs are.
* Become an expert on our services and continually stay up to date on industry improvements and changes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within your assigned client-base.
* Negotiate and close sales.
* Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
*Qualifications & Skills:* * Previous experience as an inside sales representative or related sales position is preferred.
* Preferred qualifications include holding an Oregon Insurance license.
Candidates without this license will still be considered, but preference will be given to those who possess it.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Compassionate and service-oriented with exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong sales skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
* Ability to provide professional phone etiquette at all times.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
