Primary Responsibilities:
• Create marketing plans for email, SMS, ecommerce and more using product and audience segmentations
• Perform product selection for digital advertisements and promotions
• Optimize product placement online to drive conversion, lines and average order
• Partner with Business Intelligence to identify and leverage online opportunities through analytics
• Create and analyze reports for actionable information to achieve sales and margin goals
Qualifications preferred but not required:
• Creative and innovative problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills
• Ability to establish priorities and be flexible in responding to changes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
• Possess self-motivation and attention to detail
• Bachelor degree in business, merchandising or digital marketing
• 1 year experience in marketing or retail advertising
• Ecommerce or Omni channel experience
• Knowledge of web metrics and analytics
• Knowledge of jewelry-making products and/or industry
• Working knowledge of Excel
