Position Summary:
Join the Digital Sales team as a Marketing Administrator and be a part of our exciting and collaborative team.
We are looking for an energetic person who can think quickly, multi-task and collaborate with teams across our organization.
This person will play an integral part between marketing planning and execution helping us meet deadlines with all marketing-related tasks and projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage deliverables according to marketing plans
• Work with project management tools to create tasks and projects
• Collaborate and partner across teams to manage deadlines
• Ability to report on project statuses
Qualifications preferred but not required:
• Creative and innovative problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to establish priorities and be flexible in responding to changes
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
• Possess self-motivation and attention to detail
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing or project management
• 1 year experience in project management
• Ecommerce or Omni channel experience
• Knowledge of jewelry-making products and/or industry
• Working knowledge of Excel

Physical Demands: Ability to remain in a stationary position 90% of the work time with extensive computer use.
