This position manages calendars and logistics related to tradeshows, sales meetings, Sales go to market, and other initiatives owned by the Sales and Operations teams.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will execute order entry and changes for select key and premier accounts.
*RESPONSIBILITIES: *_The following tasks represent what is typically performed by the position; tasks and work priorities may change at any time, and other job duties may be assigned.
_ * Coordinate and execute logistics for company-sponsored tradeshows.
* Creates and manages the calendar for each show and all deliverables, including all tradeshow print needs, catalogs, promo swag, and rep sample needs.
* Creates and executes Sales-oriented calendars to meet all Go to Market and other deliverable deadlines.
* Manages distribution of all sales samples and seasonal catalogs for field reps and internal teams.
* Coordinates and confirms all seasonal sales meetings and assists with creating the blueprint of the PowerPoint presentation.
* Creates seasonal and weekly assortment data sheets and order forms for internal and external Sales utilization.
* Oversees in-house Sales Team sample management.
* Coordinates and consolidates sales deliverables and feedback to the rest of the company.
* Executes and maintains delivery of product data, imagery, and video uploads for Key Account online product listings.
* Responsible for monitoring EDI transactions and flows through SuperSync and SPS Commerce.
* Executes order entry and revisions for select key accounts.
* Coordinate with Distribution and Inventory teams and 3PL partners to ensure on-time customer deliveries for select key accounts.
* Assists in developing the CRM platform and continuously maintaining customer data.
* Practices continuous improvement methodology towards the sales process, improving accuracy and efficiency.
* Assists in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the Sales team as needed.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* Education and Background: * *Minimum Education:* Bachelor's Degree desired but not required.
* *Minimum Experience:* 3-5 years in sales and/or sales operations preferred.
* Communicates professionally and in a friendly manner, both verbally and in writing; presents information effectively.
* Identifies and resolves problems promptly and with a customer service orientation; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions.
* Prioritizes and plans work activities according to timelines and deliverables; sets goals and objectives.
