Dealership General Manager

Mercedes Benz of Medford is a new car dealership located in the Medford Oregon area in a new modern state of the art facility.
We are seeking an innovative General Manager to provide leadership to our current management staff in sales, service and parts.
The General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall effective strategies and managing people.
To be successful in this role, you should be a proven leader, confident decision-maker, helping our people develop, be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise and protecting our brand.
*Job Duties Include:* * Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire dealership * Design strategy and set goals for growth * Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally * Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance * Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications: * * 5 plus years Automotive General Management experience * Must have strong leadership and communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors * Must have excellent knowledge of sales and finance * Must have excellent knowledge of parts and service departments * Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work independently * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and dealership software systems * Valid driver's license with good driving record We offer excellent benefits including bonuses, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision and other disability buy-up insurances.
