PRIMARY PURPOSE* In collaboration with the Sr.
eCommerce Manager, the Data and Analytics-focused eCommerce Specialist takes a central role in driving revenue and shaping the brand experience for the Work Sharp and Drill Doctor consumer websites through emails, web merchandising and promotional development.
This position includes direct responsibility for executing critical activities, such as maintaining and strategically merchandising the dealer portal and overseeing dealer emails in collaboration with the sales team.
Focused on innovative thinking and data-driven methodologies, this role is purposefully positioned to make a significant impact on the growth of this business channel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Employ data insights to sequence and showcase products on the site, maximizing conversion and revenue for B2B and D2C sites.
* Utilize data to make informed decisions on website merchandising, product discoverability, and overall site optimization for enhanced user experience within the Shopify platform for both B2B and D2C sites.
* Administer email strategy through Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Shopify, continuously optimizing for performance based on data with the intention to achieve or exceed target sales goals.
* Implements eCommerce best practices, emphasizing data-driven reporting, measurements, and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for digital campaigns for B2B and D2C sites.
* Ensure achievement of eCommerce site conversion and SCA goals through strategic use of data analytics, with a focus on programs including but not limited to Shopify and Klaviyo.
* Implement SEO strategies to monitor and optimize digital content, providing recommendations for improved listing performance.
* Develop and maintain a detailed eCommerce promotion/email calendar using Monday.
com in coordination with Creative Manager and sales team for B2B and D2C sites.
* Contribute to the look and feel of emails, collaborating with the creative team and sales team to produce assets in alignment with the defined strategy using Klaviyo and Hubspot.
* Participate in site management calls with external development partners, make recommendations for optimization within the Shopify environment.
* Monitor competitor websites and activities, reporting insights as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Creative, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to execute initiatives for B2B and D2C sites.
* Stay informed about current website best practices and future trends in digital sales and marketing.
* Does everything possible to move the Work Sharp business forward *3.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Exhibits a good work ethic at all times * Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals effectively within established timelines * Capable of taking direction effectively while also demonstrating the ability to work independently * Demonstrated success in fostering positive crossdepartmental relationships to achieve collective goals * Excellent writing/communication skills * Completes projects and work assignments in a timely manner * Demonstrates awareness of when to ask questions and when to ask for help on projects * Works in an efficient and energetic manner * High energy, self-starter * Processes work accurately and efficiently with a high attention to detail * Strong interpersonal relations skills and a positive team attitude * Willingness and motivation to work outside of normal business hours * Work in accordance with Work Sharp Core Values *4.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE* * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; equivalent experience considered * Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant marketing fields, including digital marketing, website management, and/or eCommerce * Demonstrated ability to create, manage, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital and eCommerce campaigns * Possesses a keen design sensibility, capable of creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with target audience * Proficient in marketing automation setup and execution, with specific experience in Klaviyo * Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data * Capability and willingness to conduct back-end site design work for UX and eCommerce within the Shopify platform * Knowledge of leveraging CRM systems for driving D2C growth through email and other digital technologies * Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Copywriting experience is a plus *Job Location * If the employee is remote, they are required to attend six-day on-site check-ins at the Ashland, OR location every eight weeks.
Work Sharp will fund the travel expenses associated with these check-ins.
If the employee is local, they are required to be in the office 1 day or 8 hours a week.
