We are hiring a Kitchen/Bath Designer who also does inside sales of our cabinets and accessories.
If you are a people-person, detail-oriented, self-motivated, teachable and have a passion for design and style, then we want you on our team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys assisting customers, whether it is something small, like a pullout shelf in a cabinet, or something large, like a complete kitchen remodel, we want our customers to trust us with all of their cabinet needs.
Heart of the Home Cabinets is an new and growing business.
The successful candidate should have the ability to think outside the box to help customers with any project challenges.
Our passion is our customers, we want them to know that we put our heart into every home.
What you will do :
* Greet all customers that come into our showroom.
* Assist customers on the phone.
* Inquire as to how we can help.
* Scheduling measurements with our installers
* Using 2020 Design Software.
Create designs based on what the customer is looking for, offering options and suggestions on how to make the customers kitchen beautiful AND functional.
* Conducting design meetings with customers, adjusting the designs to fit the customers preferences.
* Preparing and presenting quotes for the cost of the cabinets and installation.
* Scheduling installations on the installers calendar
* From start to finish, maintain clear communication with our customers so they are always informed of the status of their project.
Communication is the foundation of our business.
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Sales and 2020 Design Software experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
What we are looking for:
* Full-time.
Heart of the Home Cabinets is open Monday - Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-3.
* Someone with computer skills is a must, CAD/2020 experience a plus.
* Someone who has a positive attitude, who will help us grow our business and cultivate a team environment.
