Qualifications Degree in integrated marketing, communication technology, new media, or comparable work experience.

Essential Functions MARKETING: •Experience in website content management •Ability to create a comprehensive marketing plan for multiple departments with team input.
•Assist in implementing an annual strategic and tactical marketing integrated communications plan, consistent with the Y’s brand and voice, to build and inform target audiences, as well as to promote local campaigns and events.
•Approves and distributes press releases and print material for marketing purposes.
•In collaboration with branch and association staff, reviews and approves high-quality marketing and communications materials and templates to support Y’s programs and services.
•Maintains media contact list.
•Serves as Webmaster and eCommunications expert in collaboration with branch and association staff keeps websites current and relevant, ensuring ease of use and access, expanding electronic marketing and communication tools.
•An expert in identifying, implementing and working with the latest marketing technologies, enterprise application, bringing integrated multi-phased marketing efforts to life and achieving goals.
•In-depth knowledge in effective use of major social media platforms and analytics •Experience in marketing planning, strategy and workflows, business process design, behavioral marketing, and data mining and analysis •Articulate, prioritize, lead and implement a future vision for the digital space that aligns marketing technology with strategic goals, improves processes and performance, streamlines technology, and crafts new digital business models.
•Capture and report on digital metrics such as Google Analytics GRANT EXPERIENCE/TRACK & REPORT: •Successful track record writing for local foundations, regional, state, and federal government grants, including familiarity with Oregon-based funders.
•Assist with annual department Strategic Funding Plans.
•Prepare grant proposals.
•Working in conjunction with grant applicants and serve as a point of contact on the status of inquiries, proposals in process, and grants approved.
•Competency creating project budgets and expense report.
•Write grant narratives and budget submissions.
•Prepare grant proposals and formal applications to meet established due dates.
•Prepare grant reports and data share-outs to meet established due dates.

•Managing all digital properties (web, email, social, mobile) to coordinate with branch- specific campaigns and initiatives.
•Maintain donor database.
•In collaboration with the CEO and Annual Campaign Committee Chair, plan, manage and implement association wide annual campaign initiatives around improvement of donor retention, member giving, online giving and board/staff campaigns.
•Identify, cultivate and secure donor prospects for the annual campaign, with annual fundraising goals developed.
•Under the direction of the CEO, work closely with volunteers and staff in the planning and implementation of the overall annual support campaign, developing an annual written plan to meet goals.
•Manage campaign reporting, evaluate progress towards goals, prepare periodic reports on fundraising and present to the volunteers and staff; recommend revisions to the fundraising plan, as needed, to meet goals.
•Ensure annual campaign donor acknowledgement, stewardship and public recognition.
•Maintain and enhance the association relationship with annual campaign major gift donors and provide all required reports and data annually.
•Develop the annual materials and communications for the Annual Campaign •Plan and implement a schedule of annual campaign trainings for staff and volunteers.
