I keep a clean, contemporary and drama free home.
I also have one kitten, and no other pets.
Smoking is fine on the patio.
I ask for no deposit, but verification of income.
I have high speed internet, wifi and directv.
Laundry facilities are in the house.
I'm asking $725/month, which is all inclusive except for food and toiletries.
This house has safety, serenity and security.
Parking is in the driveway.
