ISO room for rent Ashland to Medford area, $500 - $800 a month that would allow 2 people(married, no kids and no plans for kids) and their reactive dog, which I know will be difficult to find so I'm putting out feelers.
If you have a dog, it would be fine if them meeting goes well.

She is a sweetheart and a pretty smart dog when there's no triggers.
We would just like to get out of our car(we live in it) and away from the constant worry of our dog getting triggered by anything she can see out the car window, and still be able to pay off debts and save up.
Cheap is fine as long as there is working AC, working bathroom + shower, and working microwave and fridge even if shared.
My husband and I both have jobs.
I am part time right now, in Phoenix.
He works online so he'll be home with the dog when I'm at work.
We are non-LDS, nerds, and usually keep to ourselves.
He is a veteran with PTSD, so we will be fairly quiet most of the time.
Loudest we may be is when we can get a TV again and play YouTube and games on our xbox.
Don't have really have friends yet here, so won't have company over, and probably would rarely have anyone over at all anyway.
