Need room for older guy (Medford or grants pass or)

71 y/o male looking for a room in a shared housing situation.
Can afford up to 700 p/m if that includes all utilities and internet.
I live in New Mexico now.
I'm hoping to find a place well before I come to live there.
My idea is for us to get to know each other before we make any long term commitment.
I want everyone to be comfortable.
But I'd like to be in Oregon by end of April.
I'm clean quiet and respectful of most people.
I have no pets and am ok with dogs and nice cats.
I do smoke weed at night and only outside.
No cigarettes and I drink a beer or 2 on hot days.
I never drink to get intoxicated.
I play golf, i like baseball and football, read, go for walks, and watch TV.
I love family feud-lol.
I will send pictures if you want.
I can live with males or females.
I can cook.
I'm healthy and physically fit so I can do at least my share of the chores.
Have real bad hayfever in may and June so yardwork is difficult then.
But I have also done some caregiving and I'd be happy to work out some kind of work/ rent agreement.
Hope to hear from anyone who is enough like me that they could share their place with me.
I have no criminal record and i have references from other landlords.
My credit sucks but I am working on it.
