Band ISO Practice Space (Medford)

Hey There Folks! My rock band is looking for some practice space to rent! Optimally looking for a space that we could rent out on a monthly basis, and store a drum kit in between our rehearsals and gigs, but we’re flexible! We are looking for something with access to electricity, and thats safe and secure.
We’re three working class young men so we all have paying jobs, and have (although humble) reliable incomes.
We stay away from any hard drugs, we sometimes smoke weed and/or drink, but will of course follow any house rules while on your property.
