Dixielandish, 30-40 jazz, old timey interest?

I have been listening and playing early jazz and some dixie land kind of sounding music that I really like.
Many of the groups on youtube have guitar, bass, clarinet maybe a trumpet, maybe a washboard, maybe a tuba ir sax, violin, accordian? No plans for touring, recording, getting rich, travelling and gigging but could/would enjoy playing out under the right circumstances.
I play guitar.
Has anybody got any interest? Not stuck just with this genre but organic mostly acoustic sound is what I want.
Retired and would like to jam this stuff once a week if possible.
Maybe pick up a winery gig.
