Singer/Guitar player or Keyboards needed to front a trio (Ashland/Medford)

I play bass and my buddy plays drums; we've played together for 8+ years, so we are very tight.
We are seasoned, Pro players looking for a front person to play in a trio for winery gigs.
We are no longer interested in playing bars.
We've done that for the last several years and we're over the bigger band thing.
Front person must sing lead and be a strong, educated and fluid guitar or keyboard player.
Both myself on bass and the drummer are schooled musicians.
We prefer to work with someone, either male or preferably female, in the 30 to 50 year old range.
To appeal to a wide range audience.
You bring the repertoire.
Pop? Rock? R&B? Jazz? Country? Or? We can play all of that.

This is a request to find a serious minded musician dedicated to rehearse and craft a tight, dynamic trio.
I have a studio in Ashland, so you have to live somewhat close, because we plan on rehearsing regularly to fine tune the sound.
